International Shipping Information

Très Elite provides international shipping to over 150+ countries worldwide. We typically ship globally within 3-7 business days, covering most customs and import taxes. However, rare cases or wholesale orders may necessitate additional fees upon delivery, for which customers are responsible.

Please be aware that certain exclusive merchandise may only be available for shipping to selected countries. To determine whether a product can be shipped to your location, please consult the specific product description.

Prices, styles, and items may vary by country, and you have the option to select your shipping destination on the product page if available. If not, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Basis

For all international orders, we operate on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This signifies that any import duties imposed on your order upon delivery are your responsibility. The invoice will display prices exclusive of duties. Upon receiving your parcel, you will be accountable for all import duties, customs, and local taxes imposed by your shipping destination. Please note that Très Elite bears no responsibility for any delays or fees charged by customs.

Risk of Loss and Title

Once Très Elite has handed over the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise unless insurance was purchased. Très Elite cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the item(s). In the event of any delivery issues, we advise you to contact your local post office for assistance.

Customs Delays

International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, as conducted by the shipping carrier upon receipt. Please be aware that all shipments refused by customs will incur double the shipping fee to cover transportation costs both ways, along with any associated stocking fees, if applicable. Please note that this amount will not be refunded to your credit card but will be issued as online credit only.

Direct Fulfilment

Très Elite collaborates with numerous global designers and suppliers. As a result, we may fulfill regular orders directly from our supplier's warehouse and fulfillment center locations worldwide, delivering them to your doorstep on a delivery duty unpaid basis. However, if you prefer to access a comprehensive list of merchandise available in local fulfillment centers to facilitate shipment within your country and avoid customs duties, please don't hesitate to contact us. Worldwide Shipping:

We take great pride in providing worldwide shipping to ensure the timely delivery of our exceptional products, regardless of your location. Operating from numerous fulfillment centers across the globe, we ensure your order is swiftly processed within 3-7 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once processed, your items will be shipped using the method of your choice selected at checkout.

For those seeking expedited delivery, we offer the option to upgrade to our express shipping service. To take advantage of this service, simply reach out to us within 60 minutes of placing your order. However, if no such request is made, your order will default to our reliable Economy shipping option, which, although cost-effective, may result in slightly longer transit times.

Orders with time-sensitive delivery requirements:

  • We do not provide a delivery service with a fixed schedule. Our shipping alternatives are limited to express delivery owing to our limited control over the delivery process, especially for large bulk purchases, orders originating from outside the country, and orders placed in close proximity to major occasions or events.

Customs and Import Taxes: Important Notice Regarding International Shipping

  • Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

When shipping internationally, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically payable upon arrival and are determined by local customs authorities. Please ensure compliance with destination country laws and regulations. We assumes no responsibility for these charges.

To optimize your shopping experience, we operate a global network of warehouses and fulfillment centers. We cover most customs and import taxes for standard small orders, simplifying your purchase process. However, certain orders, such as cosmetics, furniture, wholesale, bulk, oversized, or high-value items, may incur additional fees upon delivery, for which recipients are responsible.

Certain countries may require specific documentation, failure to provide which may lead to order delays. For further details, consult your local customs office.

Gift Services

Currently, we offer online gift cards and direct gift deliveries, but personalized messages and special gift packaging are not available. You can use the note section at checkout for essential shipping instructions or to specify details like customization preferences or names in native languages. If gift wrapping is needed, we provide a selection of wrapping materials for purchase. For example, a separate ring box can be chosen when buying a ring. To ensure timely gift arrival, we advise ordering at least three weeks in advance to mitigate potential delays in customs or at our local warehouse.

Orders shipped to Schegen area & Russia:

For orders shipped to addresses in the Schengen area or the Russian Federation, please ensure your full name is included in the shipping address when placing your order.

Orders shipped to Brazil:

As per Brazilian regulations, all orders shipped to Brazil must comply with CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) and recipient name checks. It is mandatory to verify the CPF when placing an order, and orders will not proceed if the number provided does not match. Please ensure accurate CPF details are provided to avoid shipping issues.

Orders shipped to Korea:

To comply with Korea's delivery policy, please update your shipping address to Korean promptly. This is a requirement and will help prevent any issues. Additionally, if possible, include your name in Korean in the address.

Final Sale Policy

All international orders fulfilled outside of Canada, USA, EU are deemed final sale once shipped, thus rendering them ineligible for any refunds or exchanges. Should you require additional assistance or cannot find the answers you seek, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We encourage you to notify us of any sizing, fit, or color inquiries before placing your order or within 60 minutes after placing it, should you have any potential requests. Special Orders

This rule does not apply for Trade and Bulk orders, Made to Order, Pre-order, or any other special merchandise orders because you cannot return or refuse special orders as they are not returnable and therefore not refundable.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available upon request. Please contact us before placing an express order so that we can check if it is possible to do so, as the cost will vary depending on sizes and weights. Also, please note that there are many products that we are unable to ship immediately because they are made to order or pre-order items.

    Delivery Duty Unpaid:

    Please be advised that when shipping items to your country from overseas, it is essential to consider the potential applicability of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty.

    According to the law, unless explicitly exempted, it is mandatory to pay the 5% GST on imported items by mail, along with any applicable fees. For Canadian residents, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) determines duties based on the value of goods in Canadian currency.

    As per policy, major items delivered within Canadian boundaries are duty-free. (Under the new United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA), the import tax exemption threshold changed from CAD 20.00 to CAD 40.00, and the import duty exemption threshold changed to CAD 150.00 for shipments arriving in Canada on or after July 1st, 2020).

    Duty on goods delivered to Australia varies between 0% to 10%. However, most products imported to Australia are taxed at around 5%. For a comprehensive list of Australian duty rates listed by HS Code, please refer to the provided link. Assuming a rate of 5% and a Customs value of $10,000, you'll be required to pay AU$500.
