We want you to feel delighted with every purchase. While we primarily accept returns for defective or incorrect items, we're committed to resolving any issues if something isn’t right.


Our return policy at Très Elite is designed to ensure your satisfaction through a clear and straightforward process. Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all tags and original packaging.

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of authorization.

Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including special orders, personalized products, hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, sale items, digital goods, and bulk orders.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Approved returns may qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange, depending on the circumstances. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items Only

  • Found a defect or received the wrong item? Contact us within 24 hours with photos and videos, and we'll arrange a return for a full refund or replacement.
  • Other returns may be eligible, with a 10-25% restocking fee.
