Quality & Consistency
Products must match approved photographs, descriptions, materials, dimensions, colour references, and specifications. Packaging and quality control should remain consistent across repeat orders.
Reliable Fulfilment
Processing times must be realistic and repeatable. Tracking should be supplied promptly, remain traceable, and accurately reflect the parcel’s movement.
Professional Service
Partners must communicate clearly, disclose delays promptly, respond to order issues, and provide accurate product, inventory, freight, and pricing information.
Customer-Ready Packaging
Neutral or approved packaging is preferred for dropshipping. Do not include supplier invoices, competitor branding, advertisements, QR codes, coupons, or promotional inserts unless approved in writing.
Commercial Viability
Pricing must allow for sustainable retail presentation, customer service, payment processing, shipping, taxes, returns, and reasonable operating margin.

Supplier approval does not guarantee order volume, exclusivity, minimum purchase commitments, listing placement, or a continuing commercial relationship. Terms must be confirmed in writing before orders begin.

Sample Review
Depending on the category and value, we may request a sample, video review, packaging photographs, inspection report, test report, or other evidence before listing or purchasing.
Listing Accuracy
The supplier must disclose material differences, production variation, packaging changes, revised dimensions, substituted components, discontinued colours, and any specification change before fulfilment.
A product may be paused, removed, returned, rejected, or discontinued from consideration when it does not match approved information, repeatedly arrives damaged, creates excessive customer complaints, or fails legal or quality requirements.
Commercial Information to Provide
Clear pricing and operational terms reduce preventable delays.
Pricing
Provide unit pricing, dropship pricing, wholesale tiers, minimum order quantities, sample costs, and currency.
Shipping
Provide shipping rates or calculation method, parcel dimensions, weights, destination coverage, and surcharge conditions.
Payment Terms
State accepted payment methods, deposit requirements, invoice timing, production payment schedule, and refund procedures.
Inventory
Explain stock update frequency, discontinued-item handling, production capacity, and back-order policy.

Do you require exclusive products or pricing?
Not in every case. Competitive partner pricing, stable fulfilment, transparent terms, and a clear reason for the product to be included are essential. Exclusivity may be discussed separately where appropriate.
May I include my own invoice or promotional inserts?
Not without written approval. Dropship parcels must not include supplier pricing, competitor branding, marketing material, or unrelated customer-facing inserts.
Do you also purchase in bulk?
Potentially. Wholesale, bulk, trial inventory, consignment, pre-order, and hybrid fulfilment arrangements may be discussed when the product and commercial terms are suitable.
Should I send a sample with my application?
