Care & Maintenance
Eco-leather surface: Wipe with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, solvents, or alcohol-based cleaners which can crack or discolour the PU surface.
Spills: Blot immediately with a clean dry cloth. Do not rub. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution on a damp cloth, then wipe dry.
Avoid: Prolonged direct sunlight exposure on the eco-leather surface, which can cause fading and surface degradation over time. Position the frame away from direct south-facing windows if possible.
Pine frame: Keep away from sustained moisture and damp environments. Retighten all bolts and connectors every 6 months to maintain structural integrity.
Headboard: Do not use the headboard as a climbing or weight-bearing surface.
FAQ
Is the mattress included? No — the mattress is sold separately. This listing covers the bed frame only. Select your size to match your existing or intended mattress width.
Do I need a box spring? No — the platform base is designed to support the mattress directly without a box spring. Most standard foam, pocket spring, and hybrid mattresses are compatible with a solid platform base.
How difficult is assembly? Self-assembly is required. All hardware and instructions are included. We recommend two people for assembly given the size and weight of the headboard and frame components, particularly for the 200cm and 240cm variants.
Is eco-leather the same as genuine leather? No. Eco-leather (also called PU leather or faux leather) is a synthetic material that replicates the look and feel of leather without using animal hides. It is easier to clean than genuine leather but may show surface wear differently over time with heavy use.
Is Rice White a pure white? Rice White is a warm white with slight ivory undertones — not a pure bright white. It complements both cool and warm bedroom palettes and photographs with a soft, premium appearance.

If your order arrives with any damage, photograph affected components within 24 hours of receipt and contact us before discarding packaging.
