Care & Maintenance
Cleaning: Wipe the casing with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use solvents, alcohol sprays, or abrasive materials on the housing or screen.
What to avoid: Do not expose the transmitter to moisture, rain, or high humidity. Avoid leaving in direct sunlight or in a hot vehicle for extended periods.
Battery care: Remove the LiPo battery when storing for extended periods. Store batteries at the manufacturer's recommended storage voltage. Never leave a LiPo battery charging unattended.
Gimbals and sticks: Periodically check gimbal tension and stick centering. If calibration drift is observed, use the built-in calibration menu before adjusting mechanically.
Antenna care: Inspect the transmitter antenna periodically for damage. Do not bend or kink the antenna during storage. Store with antenna extended or in a padded case.

Q: What is the difference between Mode 1 and Mode 2? A: Mode 1 places the throttle on the right stick; Mode 2 places the throttle on the left stick. The mode is factory-set and cannot be changed by the user — please confirm your preferred mode before ordering.
Q: Is this compatible with my existing RC aircraft? A: The AT10 II is compatible with multirotor drones, fixed-wing aircraft, and helicopters. The included R12DS receiver uses Radiolink's DSSS protocol. Confirm your aircraft can bind to an R12DS receiver before ordering. If your aircraft uses a non-Radiolink receiver, you may need to purchase a compatible aftermarket receiver separately.
Q: Is a battery included? A: No. A LiPo battery is required and sold separately. Please consult the Radiolink AT10 II documentation for the correct battery voltage and connector specification before purchasing.
Q: What is the actual control range? A: 1.1km on the ground and up to 2km in the air under clear line-of-sight conditions. Actual range may be reduced by physical obstacles, electromagnetic interference, or adverse weather.

Shipping & Handling
The AT10 II and R12DS receiver are packed in protective foam-lined packaging to prevent transit damage. Standard international shipping with tracking is included. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days from dispatch depending on destination.
