Sizing guidance: For a dining table, the chandelier length or diameter should be approximately 60–70% of the table length. For a round pendant over a dining table, the diameter should be no wider than the table width. For linear pendants, position the bottom of the fixture 75–90 cm (30–35") above the table surface. When in doubt, size up.

Step 3 — Choose your light temperature:

Structural requirements: Ensure the ceiling junction box and mounting structure are rated for the full weight of the fixture. For cluster pendant formats (H110–H135 cm), the mounting point must be assessed for the combined weight of all glass elements.

Hanging height: The bottom of the fixture must clear at least 210 cm (83") above the finished floor at the lowest point. For dining tables, position the bottom 75–90 cm (30–35") above the table surface.

Cable adjustment: Suspension cable lengths are adjustable at installation. Set the desired hanging height before final connection. Excess cable is typically coiled inside the canopy.

Wiring: Must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. Verify the total wattage against your circuit capacity before installation.

Voltage compatibility: Verify the fixture's voltage rating against your local supply before ordering. North America: typically 110–120V. Europe, UK, AU, and most of Asia: 220–240V.

Wall Lamp format: Requires a wall-mounted junction box at the desired installation height. Must be installed by a licensed electrician.

Glass elements: Wipe gently with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may scratch or cloud the glass surface.

Gold metalwork: Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or polishes — these may strip or discolour the gold finish over time.

Frequency: Light dusting every 2–4 weeks is recommended to maintain the clarity of the glass and the brilliance of the light output.

Important: Always turn off and allow the fixture to cool completely before cleaning. Never clean while the fixture is powered on.

Is this chandelier dimmable?
Unless explicitly confirmed, assume this fixture is not compatible with standard dimmers. Contact us before purchasing if dimming is a requirement for your installation.

Can I order the wall lamp to match my pendant?
Yes — the wall lamp variant shares the same design language as the pendant formats, making it ideal for pairing in the same room or corridor.

What ceiling height do I need for the cluster pendant formats?
The H110 cm and H135 cm cluster formats are designed for ceiling heights of 3.2 m (10.5 ft) or more to ensure adequate clearance. Measure your ceiling height carefully before ordering.

Can I order a custom size not listed?
Contact us with your space dimensions and we will advise on the closest available configuration or discuss custom options.
