Lead time: 3 - 7 business days
- We ship globally within 3-7 business days, covering most customs and import taxes. Rare cases or wholesale orders may require extra fees upon delivery, for which customers are responsible.
- Upgrade to express delivery for an additional charge and receive your package within a week. Contact us before ordering for a quote and invoice, or upgrade within 60 minutes of placing your order.
- Need to modify or cancel an order? Do so within 60 minutes of order placement. Processing times may vary during peak periods, natural disasters, or pandemics. Special, wholesale, or personalized orders may require 2-4 weeks processing time.
- Late delivery? Receive a $5 credit for standard shipping or $10 for express, plus a possible surprise gift. We'll confirm your compensation within 48 hours of notification. Note: Most of our pillow designs are the same on each side, however, there are a select few pillow designs that differ on both sides called: "2 in 1", available for those in need of space-saving, preview both sides to find the pillows that display a design/colour on the reverse that is different than the design/colour on the obverse before purchase is recommended.
Special order: Our pillows are proudly made to order one at a time in the United States with imported materials and care to meet stringent colour-match specifications. Real colours may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, also image may slightly differ depending on size of the pillow.
