Response Time
Many inquiries are answered sooner, but please allow up to 72 hours during periods of high contact volume.
Messages received after 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, or during a weekend or closure, begin processing on the next business day. Monday is treated as Day 0 for weekend submissions.
Help Us Respond Faster
Include your order number, the relevant product, clear photographs when applicable, and all questions in your first message.
Please avoid duplicate or repeated messages about the same issue. Multiple submissions can split the conversation, slow review, or be filtered as duplicates.
Do not reply to automated order, payment, pickup, or shipping notifications. Those mailboxes are not monitored for customer service requests. Use our contact form or website live chat for direct support.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs requirements vary by destination and may change without notice. For some eligible products and destinations, VAT, GST, duties, or other import charges may be collected at checkout or prepaid through a Delivered Duty Paid service.
When Charges Are Included
Prepaid or included charges will be identified through the applicable checkout, product, or shipping information. Eligibility depends on destination, order value, product category, country of origin, and carrier service.
When Charges Are Not Included
Local customs, postal operators, or couriers may assess duties, taxes, brokerage, advancement, storage, or handling charges. These amounts are payable by the recipient and are outside our control.
