For many major markets—including the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia, South Korea, Japan, and UAE—we prepay VAT/duties on eligible items to reduce or eliminate surprise fees.
DDU/DAP (Duties Unpaid):
For certain products, categories, or locations, customs may require the recipient to pay import charges before release. These fees vary by country and are outside our control.

The invoice associated with your order reflects prices exclusive of duties unless explicitly marked as DDP.

Shipping from European warehouses to EU addresses generally arrives duty-free due to EU single-market rules.
