Once processed, your items will be shipped using the method of your choice selected at checkout.
For those in need of expedited delivery, we provide the option to upgrade to our express shipping service. To avail of this service, simply reach out to us within 60 minutes of placing your order. However, in the absence of such a request, your order will default to our reliable Economy shipping option, which, while cost-effective, may result in slightly longer transit times.
Orders with time-sensitive delivery requirements:
We do not provide fixed schedule delivery services. Our shipping alternatives are limited to express delivery due to our restricted control over the delivery process, especially for large bulk purchases, international orders, and orders placed close to major events.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Our extensive global network of warehouses and fulfillment centers is designed to optimize your shopping experience by minimizing potential customs taxes, dispatching from the nearest location whenever possible. We cover most customs and import taxes for standard small orders to simplify your purchasing process. However, certain orders, such as wholesale, bulk, oversized, or high-value ones, may incur additional fees upon delivery, for which recipients are liable.
Gift Services:
Presently, we offer online gift cards and direct gift deliveries, though personalized messages and special gift packaging are not available. You may utilize the note section at checkout for essential shipping instructions or to specify details like customization preferences or names in native languages. Should gift wrapping be necessary, we offer a range of wrapping materials for purchase. For instance, when purchasing a ring, a separate ring box can be selected. To ensure timely gift arrival, we recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance to mitigate potential delays in customs or at our local warehouse.
Orders shipped to Schengen area & Russia:
For orders destined for addresses in the Schengen area or the Russian Federation, please ensure your full name is included in the shipping address when placing your order.
Orders shipped to Brazil:
In compliance with Brazilian regulations, all orders shipped to Brazil must adhere to CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) and recipient name checks. It is mandatory to verify the CPF when placing an order, and orders will not proceed if the provided number does not match. Please ensure accurate CPF details are provided to avoid shipping issues.
Orders shipped to Korea:
To comply with Korea's delivery policy, kindly update your shipping address to Korean promptly. This is a requisite and will help prevent any issues. Additionally, if feasible, include your name in Korean in the address.
Attention to Customers in Germany:
Should you prefer shipment via FedEx or TNT, please provide your EORI number. Alternatively, delivery options through DHL, Hong Kong Post, etc., are available.
Attention to Customers in Russia:
Please ensure your full name includes at least three words (first name, middle name, last name) to ensure smooth parcel release by Russian Post. Non-compliance may result in the parcel being returned or lost.
For Customers in Brazil:
To expedite shipping via FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS, we require your tax number (CPF or CNPJ) to prevent customs issues or loss of goods.
For Customers in Israel, Ukraine, and Belarus:
Please anticipate potential delays for standard delivery, particularly for Ukraine and Belarus, as delivery may take a minimum of 30 days.
Attention to Customers from South America:
Possession of a tax number (such as in Argentina, Peru, Colombia, etc.) will significantly reduce customs-related issues and streamline the shipping process.
