Qualifying Documentation

- Other documentation reasonably confirming eligibility
Conceal unnecessary sensitive information before uploading documents. Do not submit banking passwords, complete card information, identification numbers not required for review, or unrelated personal records.

Using Trade Pricing
Confirm eligibility before completing payment.
Account or Quote-Based Pricing
Trade pricing may be applied through an approved customer account, a specific code, a written quotation, or a manually prepared invoice, depending on the purchase.
Before Checkout
Confirm that the expected discount or quoted price appears before payment. Trade pricing is not normally applied retroactively to a completed order.
Sale items, restricted brands, custom work, services, freight, taxes, duties, gift cards, low-margin products, and selected supplier-controlled items may be excluded or discounted at a different rate.

Quotation Terms
Pricing, freight, lead time, deposits, production, customs, availability, and validity periods are confirmed through the written quotation or invoice.
A quotation does not reserve stock or production capacity until the stated acceptance and payment requirements are met.

Are sale items included?

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
There is no universal annual minimum for ordinary membership, but wholesale, custom, supplier-controlled, or project orders may have minimum quantities or values.
May I combine trade pricing with another promo code?
Only when the applicable promotion expressly allows combination. Most discounts cannot be stacked.
Do trade purchases follow different return rules?
