Regional Situation Updates

Israel

Due to recent regional conflicts and security conditions:

  • Shipments originating from Israel and delivered to Israel may experience significant delays, rerouting, or temporary suspension.

  • Some services (especially express options) may be restricted or unavailable depending on carrier and route.

Ukraine

As of 08.11.2022, some delivery services have resumed limited shipping to select locations in Ukraine. Please note:

  • Operations carry elevated risk, and additional charges may apply.

  • Delivery times are extended and not guaranteed.

  • Certain carriers and service levels remain unavailable.

Russia & Belarus

  • Express Service is currently unavailable for Russia and Belarus.

  • Some standard/regular services remain available; however, inbound and domestic express services have been widely suspended.

  • As of September 1, 2022, many express providers have also ceased domestic services within Russia.

Shipping Delays & Cancellations Related to COVID-19 and Global Events

Since March 2020, the global logistics network has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent events. While we remain operational and continue to process orders, certain products—especially made-to-order and pre-order items—may be delayed or, in some cases, cancelled.

    Postal services are still accepting parcels for these destinations (sometimes with partial service only).

  • Service Suspended:
    Postal services are temporarily not accepting parcels for these destinations.

Where service is available, expect significant and unpredictable delays, especially when:

  • Postal operators modify processes to minimize direct contact at the door (no signatures, contact-free delivery, etc.)

Under normal circumstances:

Order Cancellations Related to Delays

  • You may request order cancellation for a full refund or store credit if your order is significantly delayed.

  • For made-to-order items purchased or re-purchased more than 30 days ago, if you no longer wish to wait, we will issue a full refund.
    Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

If you prefer to continue waiting until shipping becomes possible:
