Free Customization Available!
We provide complimentary customization options for specific products (please inquire for the list of customizable items) when you order 10 or more (normally valued at $55 as a setup fee with a minimum order of 500 items, limited to one imprint color). At checkout, you can easily indicate your preferred background color by including a note with your desired color hex. Additionally, you can submit up to 3 artworks, pictures, or detailed messages per product, including background customization.
Begin by placing your order and checking your email for the order confirmation. To request a customization, provide us with your order number and as much detail as possible via email (contact us) or by chat. We will review your request, confirm all necessary details, and send you a preview of your customized product with any necessary modifications before finalizing it.
Once we have finalized the design with you, we will begin production immediately. For wholesale orders or orders of 250 items or more, please contact us to set up a wholesale account and receive a discounted price. If you need a trade account, please register on our website and follow the instructions provided.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Order Processing Time:
Standard orders usually take about 3 to 7 business days to process, and this timeframe is distinct from the delivery period.
Orders placed over the weekend will commence processing starting on the subsequent Monday. It's important to emphasize that the aforementioned processing time does not encompass the duration required for shipping.
During periods characterized by increased demand, unforeseen emergencies, or extensive health crises, the potential for prolonged processing durations does exist. It's worth highlighting that our team is wholly committed to the pursuit of efficient order processing.
Special orders:
For special orders encompassing categories such as bulk purchases, wholesale transactions, pre-orders, made to order, and customized requests, the processing duration might extend to a maximum of 6 weeks.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery days refer to business days, which do not encompass weekends and designated holidays. Please note that the Economy shipping option does not always encompass tracking services beyond the point at which the package has been transferred to the designated carrier within the destination country or region. When will I receive my order?
The majority of our products are typically dispatched in within 72 hours, with delivery expected within 1-3 business weeks. For international and specialized items, please allow for a potential delivery time of up to 4 weeks.
