Customs and Import Taxes:

Orders shipped to Brazil:

In accordance with Brazilian regulations, all orders shipped to Brazil will now be subject to CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) and recipient name checks. When you place an order with us, verifying the CPF is a requirement. If the number doesn't match, the order will not proceed. Please make sure to provide accurate CPF details to avoid shipping issues.

Order Processing Time:

Standard orders usually take about 3 to 7 business days to process, and this timeframe is distinct from the delivery period.

Orders placed over the weekend will commence processing starting on the subsequent Monday. It's important to emphasize that the aforementioned processing time does not encompass the duration required for shipping.

During periods characterized by increased demand, unforeseen emergencies, or extensive health crises, the potential for prolonged processing durations does exist. It's worth highlighting that our team is wholly committed to the pursuit of efficient order processing.

Special orders:

For special orders encompassing categories such as bulk purchases, wholesale transactions, pre-orders, made to order, and customized requests, the processing duration might extend to a maximum of 6 weeks.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that the Economy shipping option does not always encompass tracking services beyond the point at which the package has been transferred to the designated carrier within the destination country or region. We provide complimentary customization options for specific products (please inquire for the list of customizable items) when you order 10 or more (normally valued at $55 as a setup fee with a minimum order of 500 items, limited to one imprint color). Additionally, you can submit up to 3 artworks, pictures, or detailed messages per product, including background customization.
