Use this article to understand and resolve common issues with promotions and promo codes.
How to Apply a Promo Code
Important: You must be signed in to your My Account to use any promo code.
If you do not have an account, please create one before checking out.
To add a promo code at checkout

Add items to your shopping cart.

On the checkout page, find Add a promo code.

Enter your code.
-
Select Apply.
If you update your shipping address, email, or payment method, the page may refresh.
If it does, simply re-enter the promo code.
If you received a promo code by email
-
Select the link provided in the email.

Add the item(s) to your cart.
-
The promo code will automatically apply at checkout.
Replacing a Promo Code After Cancelling an Order
If your order is canceled, you may place a new order using the same promo code, provided:

The promo code is still valid
-
The promo has not expired
-
The code is not designated as single-use only
If a replacement promo code is issued, it must be used within the time frame stated in the email.
Did Not Receive a Promo Code
Promo codes are issued based on the rules of each promotion.

Fixing Promo Code Errors
A promo code may not apply if:

The code has expired

The code was typed incorrectly

The promotion does not apply to your region or country

The items in your cart are not eligible

Your Account region does not match the promotion region

You are trying to combine multiple discounts

Your postal/ZIP code is invalid
Common error messages
“The code you entered has expired.”
The promotion has ended. Refer to the terms in the original promo email.
“Invalid code” / “Code does not exist.”
Re-enter the code carefully and try again.
“Code not valid.”
The promotion no longer applies. Check the original email for terms.
“This code cannot be applied to this item.”
The code is limited to specific products or regions. Add eligible products and reapply the code.
“Error applying code. Refresh page to try again.”
Select your shipping option first, then apply the code again.
Fix Issues With Promo Orders
My order was canceled due to payment issues
You may reorder using the same promo code (if still valid).
If a replacement code is issued, it must be used within the valid window noted in your email.
I was charged full price
A promo code must be applied before checkout is completed.
If the discount did not apply, you must:

Return the original order (if eligible under our Return Policy)

Place a new order with the promo code applied correctly
Promo codes cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders.
Returns or Exchanges for Promo Purchases
Returning an item purchased with a promo code
You may return the item if it qualifies under our standard Return Policy.
However:

The promo code cannot be reissued or reused

Refunds will reflect the discounted price paid

Restocking fees may apply depending on the item and condition
Exchanging an item purchased with a promo code
Exchanges are not available for promo purchases.
If you need a different color, size, or variant:

Return the original item (if eligible).

A restocking fee may apply.

Place a new order for the correct item at the current price.
If the original promotion is no longer active or the code has expired, the discount cannot be reapplied.
Color availability
Colors and variants shown on the product page are the only options currently available.
If a color is not displayed, it is out of stock or unavailable for the promotion.
