Currency, Customs & Intellectual Property Notice
This notice explains the transaction currency used by Très Elite, possible international import charges, limitations of digital product representation, and the procedure for reporting suspected copyright or trademark infringement.
Currency & Payment Conversion
Understand which currency is charged and why the final amount shown by a financial institution may differ.
Transaction Currency
Unless a checkout page or written quotation expressly states otherwise, prices are listed and transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD).
Displayed Conversions
Currency-selector amounts are estimates for convenience. The payment provider or card issuer may use a different exchange rate and may charge conversion, cross-border, or other financial-service fees.
Review the checkout currency before authorizing payment. The order confirmation and payment-provider record determine the transaction currency and amount processed.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International charges vary by destination, product, value, classification, origin, and shipping arrangement.
Duties or Taxes Included
For some orders, eligible duties or taxes may be collected at checkout or prepaid through a duties-paid shipping arrangement. This must be identified in the checkout, quotation, invoice, or order information.
Duties or Taxes Payable on Arrival
For other orders, customs, a broker, postal operator, or courier may collect duty, VAT, GST, brokerage, advancement, handling, storage, or related charges before release.
Customs authorities make the final assessment. Unless charges are expressly identified as included or prepaid, destination-imposed import costs remain the recipient’s responsibility.
DDP, DAP & Warehouse Origin
No country is automatically treated as duties paid for every product.
DDP or Duties-Paid Service
An order may use a duties-paid arrangement when this is expressly confirmed for that product, destination, and shipment.
DAP or Duties-Unpaid Service
Under a duties-unpaid arrangement, the recipient may need to complete import formalities and pay assessed destination charges.
Local or Regional Warehouse
Warehouse location may affect customs treatment, but it does not by itself guarantee that an order is free from taxes, duties, handling, or other charges.
Product pages and written order documents should be reviewed for the available shipping origin and customs arrangement. Supplier or fulfilment location may change before dispatch when operationally necessary.
Product Images & Digital Representation
Screens and photography cannot reproduce every physical detail exactly.
Colour, Scale & Finish
Lighting, screen settings, photography, image compression, and viewing environment may affect perceived colour, texture, reflectivity, scale, and finish.
Natural & Handmade Variation
Natural materials, handmade work, hand-applied finishes, and production batches may show reasonable variation in pattern, grain, tone, shape, dimensions, or detailing.
Packaging & Label Updates
Manufacturers may update packaging, labels, instructions, accessories, ingredients, or presentation without changing the principal product.
Regional Versions
Plugs, voltage, language, certifications, manuals, packaging, accessories, and country-of-origin markings may vary by production or destination market.
Material differences that affect suitability should be confirmed before purchase. Contact us with the product link and the specification that is essential to your decision.
