All measurements are taken manually and may vary slightly. Please allow for reasonable sizing nuances.

Shipping Address Verification

We ship only to the confirmed address provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email. We begin processing immediately—because of this, changes or cancellations may not be possible after verification, but we will assist whenever we can.

Processing Time

Processing time + shipping time = total receiving time.
• Standard processing: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
• Most in-stock items ship within 1–4 business days
• Pre-orders, made-to-order, customized items: timelines vary


2. Currency Policy

All orders are charged in USD. Any other currency shown onsite is for reference only, based on daily exchange-rate updates.


3. Sales Tax

• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
• Tax may apply depending on the delivery destination.
• Tax is calculated on the product subtotal before shipping, gift wrap, or service fees.
• Final tax amounts appear on your order confirmation.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Notifications

You will receive:
• A shipping confirmation with carrier + tracking link
• A notice when your order ships or is ready for pickup
• Delivery-day updates (where supported by the carrier)

Shipping Locations

Our products ship directly from trusted global vendors for faster delivery. We reserve the right to choose the shipping origin.

International Shipping

We ship to 150+ countries with fulfillment centers in Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Country-Specific Times

Shipments via Russia, Turkey, Singapore, or CP Air Mail (under 2kg) may take 25–45 working days, depending on your location.

Express & Overnight Shipping

• Express shipping available upon request
• Overnight orders must be placed by 1 PM PST for same-day dispatch

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination.
• Free standard shipping on orders $125+ USD
• Flat rates apply for Canada, USA, and EU
• Some items may carry additional fees or may not qualify for free shipping

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately at no additional cost beyond the original quote.


5. Shipping to Canada

• No signature required unless specified
• If delivery fails, carriers may leave a pickup notice

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to us.


6. Arrival Times

• Standard free shipping: 5–15 business days
• International orders may take longer due to customs
• Delivery estimates are based on business days and do not include holidays
• Customs delays are beyond our control


7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Très Elite ships under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.


8. Overseas Products

Overseas marketplace items may differ in warranties, manuals, labeling, electrical standards, and safety compliance.
Important notes:
• Most overseas items ship within 7–15 business days
• No returns for “change of mind”
• Warranties may not apply outside the origin country
• Duties may apply upon arrival
• Manuals may not be in your language
• Electrical items may require adapters
• Cancelation is only possible before dispatch

To avoid duties, select products shipped from Canada or the USA.


9. Availability & Fulfillment

Multiple Shipments

Orders may be split if items are located in different warehouses.
You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the original quote.

Combined Shipments

We may combine orders that:
• Come from the same customer account
• Ship to the same address
• Are processed at the same fulfillment center
• Are shipping around the same time


10. Delivery Times

• Local delivery: 3–5 business days
• International delivery: 10–25 business days
• Pre-order / made-to-order items follow timelines listed on product pages
• High-season delays may occur

If you live in a region experiencing weather or service disruptions, please allow an additional 2–5 business days.


11. Shipping Issues

Wrong or Damaged Item

Contact Customer Service within 24 hours with your order number.

Expedited Shipping Delays

If your paid expedited order arrives late, contact us—we will investigate and assist promptly.

Regular Shipping Delays

If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days, please contact us.

Special / Holiday Orders

Peak seasons may cause delays.
• Regular orders: allow 3–7 business days
• Custom / personalized / pre-orders: allow up to 3–4 weeks

Please avoid sending multiple follow-ups within a short period, as this may trigger spam filters and slow responses.


12. Signature Requirements

Some orders require signatures. If no one is home, your parcel may be held for pickup.


13. Cancellation & Returns Policy

• Overseas products can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellations convert into a standard return
• Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and pre-order items are non-refundable
• If your order does not arrive within the promised time, you have 7 calendar days to open a claim
• Valid proof of delivery overrides claims of non-receipt
• Shipping timelines begin when the package ships—not when the order is placed
