General Information about International Orders

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on the package coming outside of your country.

Please note, that if you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will only refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees such as restocking fees and real shipping + insurance costs (in case we offered free shipping for that order), plus any fees required to return the package to us. This rule does not apply for Made to Order, Pre - order, Special order products as you can't return or refuse special orders because they are not returnable, therefore, not refundable. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

SECURITY CONFIRMATION

Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.

Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:

  • Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider
  • Shipping address is different from billing address
  • Order total is greater than a designated value.
