Built from aluminum with a synchronized dual-motor lifting system, it supports up to 15 kg and operates via illuminated touch controls, motion sensing, and built-in voice commands. Available in two extendable widths: 600–900 mm and 900–1200 mm. Compatible with built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, and fitted cabinetry with a minimum internal depth of 500 mm.

Size & Cabinet Compatibility
Measure your wardrobe's internal width and depth before selecting a size.
- 600–900 mm — for cabinet interiors within this width range (approx. 23.6–35.4 in)
- 900–1200 mm — for larger cabinet interiors within this width range (approx. 35.4–47.2 in)
- Minimum internal cabinet depth: 500 mm
The telescopic rail is adjusted to the correct width during installation and secured in position. The wardrobe structure must be strong enough to support the mounting bases, motor assemblies, rail, and loaded garments.
Incorrect measurements or selection of an incompatible size are not considered product defects.

Installation
The XI-A mounts to the inside side walls of the wardrobe. Motor assemblies are secured first, then the telescopic rail is installed, adjusted to width, and locked in place.
Key installation requirements:
- Verify internal cabinet dimensions before drilling
- Confirm the cabinet structure can support the installed load
- Do not trap or damage electrical wiring during installation
- Use the correct electrical supply for the unit
- Secure all mounting points before operating under load
- Do not exceed the 15 kg rated load capacity
Experienced DIY installation may be possible. A cabinetmaker, installer, or qualified professional is recommended where there is uncertainty about cabinet strength, dimensions, or electrical connection. Self-installation does not invalidate coverage; damage caused by improper installation is not covered.

- Freestanding wardrobes or furniture without solid side walls — side-wall mounting is required for installation.
- Cabinets with internal depth under 500 mm.
- Commercial or high-frequency institutional use — designed and rated for normal residential use.

Extended Protection Plans
Protection Plans are available at checkout for 1, 2, or 3 years. Each plan covers one XI-A unit. Multiple units require separate plans. Coverage is assigned to the individual covered unit.
Component-first approach:
Where possible, claims are resolved by replacing the failed component rather than requiring return of the entire installed unit. Resolution options include remote troubleshooting, individual component replacement, major assembly replacement, authorized local repair, or complete unit replacement where component repair is impractical.
What's covered:
Mechanical or electrical breakdown of covered factory components during normal residential use — including both motors, control board, touch panel, sensing module, voice-control hardware, internal wiring, telescopic rail mechanism, and remote (where supplied).
Not covered:
Misuse, impact damage, overloading, water intrusion, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modification, improper installation, inadequate cabinetry, incorrect size selection, cosmetic wear, and commercial use.
