Care & Maintenance

Battery: Replace 2 × AA batteries when the low-battery alert activates. In an emergency, connect a USB power bank to the external port.
Fingerprint sensor: Keep the sensor clean and dry for optimal recognition. Dry or cracked fingertips may reduce recognition speed.
Periodic checks: Test all entry methods periodically and update access codes as needed via the app.
FAQ
Does this lock require WiFi to function? No — the lock works fully offline via fingerprint, passcode, NFC card, and physical key. WiFi remote control and real-time access records require the optional WiFi gateway (sold separately).
Is installation difficult? No — the lock installs with a standard Phillips screwdriver in minutes. You will need 2 × AA batteries (not included). A hole opening card and multilingual manual are included.
What door types is this compatible with? The lock fits doors 33–50mm thick with a 54mm bore hole and 60mm or 70mm backset. It is suitable for entry doors, bedroom doors, office doors, and wooden doors. The handle is reversible for left- and right-handed doors.
What happens if the battery dies? Connect a USB power bank to the external emergency port to power the lock and gain entry. Replace the AA batteries promptly after.
How many users can be registered? The lock stores 150+ access codes and 200+ fingerprints. Codes can be permanent, timed, or custom — ideal for managing multiple users or short-term guests.
