My flowers arrived with slightly bent or flattened petals — is that normal? Yes, minor petal deformation during shipping is completely normal for EVA flowers. Simply reshape the petals gently by hand — the material is flexible and will return to its natural form easily.
How do I bend the stems? The internal iron wire core allows you to bend and hold the stem in any position. Apply gentle, even pressure along the stem rather than sharp bends at a single point to preserve wire integrity.
