1. Return Window

We offer a flexible return period for your convenience:

• Up to 30 days from your order date
• OR 14 days from the date you receive your item
— whichever gives you more time.

To begin a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.


2. Return Eligibility

Your item must meet all the following conditions:

  • It is a returnable item (not special-order, bulk, custom, personalized, made-to-order, or pre-order)

  • It is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You provide your receipt or proof of purchase


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Bulk orders, special orders, made-to-order, custom or personalized items

  • Pre-order items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Grocery items

  • Digital/downloadable goods

  • Health and personal care items

  • Sale items (final sale)

Important: Email Requirements for Receiving Return Responses

To receive your return approval, shipping label, and case updates:

  • Ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout or in the contact form

  • If you create a customer account, confirm your email (via Shopify’s activation email)

Only confirmed email addresses reliably receive:

  • Order updates

  • Return instructions

  • Shipping labels

  • Customer service replies

  • Tracking notifications

If your email is not confirmed, replies may not reach your inbox — you may only see responses when returning to live chat.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Très Elite will cover the return shipping cost for any item that arrives damaged, defective, or sent in error.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Who pays the return shipping?

Très Elite Pays When:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There is a clear error on our part

Customer Pays When:

  • Returning an item for personal reasons (change of mind, no longer needed, wrong size selected, etc.)

  • Returning an eligible item that is not defective or damaged

  • Returning an item internationally (customs or duties may be deducted from refund)

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance.
We cannot guarantee we will receive returned items.


7. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The item shows clear signs of use

  • Packaging has been opened on restricted media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)

  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • The item is returned outside the allowed return period

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable.


10. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for approved returns

  • A gift certificate will be issued once the return is processed

If the gift giver received the item and gave it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


11. Late or Missing Refunds
