$1,399.00
Descripción
Bring high wardrobe storage down to a comfortable, accessible level with intelligent electric lifting.
The XI-A Intelligent Electric Lifting Clothes Hanger transforms difficult-to-reach wardrobe space into practical everyday storage. Designed for built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets and premium cabinetry, the system lowers your hanging clothes when needed and raises them neatly back into the wardrobe when finished.
Built with a strong aluminum structure and a synchronized dual-motor lifting system, the XI-A supports loads of up to 15 kg while maintaining smooth, balanced movement.
Choose from two extendable configurations:
- 600–900 mm / approx. 23.6–35.4 in
- 900–1200 mm / approx. 35.4–47.2 in
The rail incorporates illuminated manual controls, intelligent sensing and built-in voice operation for convenient access without relying on a separate controller.
English installation instructions are included.
INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM
ILLUMINATED UP / PAUSE / DOWN CONTROL
The side-mounted motor housing features an illuminated control panel for direct operation:
- Up: raises the clothes rail
- Pause / Stop: stops movement at the desired position
- Down: lowers the clothes rail for easier access
MOTION / SENSING STOP
The XI-A also incorporates a sensing area at the clothes-rail arm. The movement can be stopped by sensing your hand motion near the designated area — no need to press the control button.
VOICE CONTROL
For hands-free operation, the XI-A includes its own built-in voice-control system.
| Voice Command | System Response |
|---|---|
| Hi, Siri | Hello, there |
| Lift Up | Lift is going up |
| Lift Down | Lift is going down |
| Lift Stop | Lift is stopped |
Important: “Hi, Siri” is the programmed wake phrase for the XI-A wardrobe lift's own built-in voice-control system. It should not be interpreted as Apple Siri integration.
OPTIONAL REMOTE CONTROL
A compatible remote-control configuration may also be available as an optional upgrade. Please select the appropriate configuration or contact us before ordering if remote operation is required.

Why Choose the XI-A?
DUAL-MOTOR SYNCHRONIZED LIFTING
Both sides operate together to provide balanced, controlled lifting across the rail.
UP TO 15 KG LOAD CAPACITY
Suitable for multiple shirts, jackets, dresses and other everyday hanging garments when used within the specified load limit.
INTELLIGENT SENSING
Stop the lift using the designated sensing area without needing to reach for the illuminated control buttons.
BUILT-IN VOICE CONTROL
Operate the wardrobe lift hands-free using its programmed voice commands.
EXTENDABLE WIDTH
Two telescopic ranges accommodate a broad selection of wardrobe cabinet widths.
ALUMINUM CONSTRUCTION
Strong, lightweight construction designed for integrated wardrobe hardware applications.
ACCESSIBILITY & CONVENIENCE
High-level wardrobe storage can be brought closer to the user instead of requiring a stool, ladder or repeated overhead reaching.
Size & Cabinet Compatibility
Please measure the internal wardrobe dimensions before ordering.
- 600–900 mm: for compatible cabinet interiors within this width range.
- 900–1200 mm: for larger compatible cabinet interiors within this width range.
- Minimum internal cabinet depth: 500 mm.
The telescopic hanging pole is adjusted during installation and secured once the required width has been established.
The wardrobe structure must be sufficiently strong to support the mounting bases, motor assemblies, rail and loaded garments.
Incorrect measurements or selection of an incompatible size are not considered product defects.
What's Included
- Left electric lifting motor assembly
- Right electric lifting motor assembly
- Telescopic clothes-hanging rail
- Mounting bases
- Decorative covers
- Required rail-fixing and mounting hardware
- Power cord / power components applicable to the supplied configuration
- English installation manual
Wardrobe cabinet, clothing and decorative accessories shown in lifestyle imagery are not included.
Installation & Setup
The XI-A installs to the inside side walls of the wardrobe. Mounting bases must be positioned according to the dimensions and instructions supplied with the product.
After the motor assemblies are secured, the electrical connection is completed and the lifting mechanism is lowered, the telescopic rail can be installed, adjusted to the correct cabinet width and secured.
Important installation requirements:
- Verify cabinet dimensions before drilling.
- Ensure the cabinet structure is strong enough for the installed load.
- Do not pinch, trap or damage electrical wiring during installation.
- Use the correct electrical supply for the unit.
- Secure all mounting points before operating the system under load.
- Do not exceed the 15 kg rated load.
Experienced DIY installation may be possible; however, a cabinetmaker, installer or qualified professional is recommended whenever there is uncertainty regarding cabinet strength, mounting, dimensions or electrical connection.
Self-installation by itself does not invalidate coverage. However, damage caused by improper installation is not considered a covered product failure.
Care & Maintenance
- Wipe aluminum surfaces and motor housings with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh solvents and excessive moisture.
- Periodically inspect mounting screws and rail connections.
- Keep moving joints and the telescopic mechanism free from obstruction and excessive dust.
- Do not overload the system beyond 15 kg.
- If movement becomes abnormal, uneven or strained, discontinue operation and inspect the installation and load before continued use.
EXTENDED CARE PROTECTION PLANS
The XI-A is a modular motorized product. Our Protection Plans are therefore designed around diagnosis and component-level service first, avoiding unnecessary removal and international shipment of an entire wardrobe lift whenever the problem can be solved by replacing an individual component.
Each Protection Plan covers one wardrobe lift only. If you purchase multiple XI-A units and wish to protect each one, purchase a corresponding number of Protection Plans.
Coverage is assigned to the individual covered unit and cannot be pooled between several products.
Protection Plan Pricing
| Plan |
|---|
| 1-Year Protection |
| 2-Year Protection |
| 3-Year Protection |
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Protection Plan terms at checkout, the selected plan term is measured from the covered product's confirmed delivery date.
What the Protection Plans Cover
Subject to the plan terms, exclusions and successful claim verification, coverage applies to mechanical or electrical breakdown of covered factory components during normal residential use, including:
- left or right lifting motor;
- synchronized motor-control components;
- factory control board;
- illuminated Up / Pause / Down control panel;
- factory sensing module;
- built-in voice-control hardware;
- internal wiring and covered power components;
- mechanical failure of the telescopic rail mechanism; and
- factory-supplied remote control where the remote is part of the covered configuration.
Coverage applies to functional mechanical or electrical breakdown, not ordinary cosmetic aging or damage arising from external causes.
How an Approved Claim May Be Resolved
Replacement of the entire wardrobe lift is not automatically required when a smaller component can safely and effectively restore the product.
Depending on the defect, location, part availability, safety considerations and repair feasibility, an approved claim may be resolved through one or more of the following:
-
Remote troubleshooting or adjustment
Guided setup, calibration, installation correction or technical troubleshooting where appropriate. -
Individual component replacement
A replacement control board, sensor, control switch, remote, power component or other serviceable part may be shipped directly to the customer. -
Major assembly replacement
A motor assembly, synchronized motor pair, control assembly or other major module may be supplied where required. -
Authorized local repair
Where practical, we may authorize a local technician or cabinet professional to perform a specified repair. Any reimbursable labour must be approved by us in writing before the work is performed. -
Complete unit replacement
If component-level repair or major-assembly replacement is unsafe, impractical or economically unreasonable, we may replace the covered unit with the same model or a functionally comparable successor model. -
Alternative resolution
Where an identical replacement is unavailable, another appropriate remedy may be offered, subject to applicable law.
Claims & Verification
To properly diagnose the problem and prevent unnecessary shipping, customers may be asked to provide:
- order information;
- photographs of the installed unit;
- a continuous video demonstrating the malfunction;
- a view of the control panel and relevant component;
- confirmation of the approximate load on the rail;
- installation photographs where installation may be relevant; and
- a claim-verification code supplied by us displayed in the video where required.
We may also request reasonable troubleshooting before approving replacement components.
Failure to cooperate with reasonable diagnostic or claim-verification requirements may delay our ability to determine whether the claim qualifies for coverage.
Return Shipping & International Claims
Because the XI-A is a large imported motorized product, returning the complete assembly across borders is not always economically or environmentally sensible.
Depending on the claim, we may:
- request return of only the defective component;
- provide a return label where appropriate;
- request that the customer arrange return shipment to a designated facility;
- waive physical return where freight would be disproportionate to the value of the defective component;
- request additional video or photographic verification before waiving return; or
- authorize appropriate local disposal or recycling of a defective component or unit.
If physical return is waived, we may require reasonable evidence that the defective product or component has been decommissioned, disposed of or delivered to an appropriate recycling facility before completing the claim.
Customers should never intentionally open electrical components, cut live wiring or perform unsafe dismantling for claim verification.
Replacement Shipping
Approved replacement components are normally shipped using our standard available service.
Expedited replacement shipping may be available at additional cost unless expressly included in the applicable Protection Plan.
For international claims, customs authorities may assess VAT, duties, brokerage or other governmental import charges on a replacement shipment. Where legally permitted, such charges are not included unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
Installation-Related Claims
The Protection Plan covers failure of the covered product itself. It does not cover failure caused by unsuitable or incorrect installation, including:
- inadequate cabinet strength;
- mounting into unsuitable material;
- incorrect hole placement;
- incorrect motor alignment;
- failure to secure the telescopic rail correctly;
- pinched or improperly routed wiring;
- incorrect voltage;
- unauthorized modification of electrical components; or
- installation outside the dimensional requirements in the supplied manual.
A claim will not be denied merely because the product was self-installed. Any installation issue relied upon in assessing the claim must reasonably relate to the reported failure.
Not Covered
Protection Plans do not cover damage or failure caused by:
- misuse, abuse or intentional damage;
- impact, crushing or accidental physical damage;
- loading beyond the published 15 kg capacity where overloading contributed to the failure;
- water intrusion, flooding or excessive moisture;
- fire, lightning or external electrical surge;
- incorrect voltage or household electrical-system problems;
- improper installation where related to the reported failure;
- structurally inadequate cabinetry;
- incorrect cabinet measurements or selection of an incompatible size;
- unauthorized modification or repair;
- normal cosmetic scratches, fading or finish wear that does not materially affect operation;
- routine tightening, cleaning or maintenance;
- damage to the customer's wardrobe, cabinetry, walls or surrounding property;
- removal, cabinet modification, installation or reinstallation labour unless authorized by us in writing before the expense is incurred; or
- commercial or unusually high-frequency use unless covered by a separately approved commercial plan.
Normal operating sound, minor vibration or changes in operating sound that do not materially impair the function of the product are not, by themselves, considered a covered mechanical failure.
Maximum Protection Benefit
A Protection Plan may provide up to one complete-unit replacement during the applicable plan term where complete replacement is determined to be the appropriate resolution.
If a complete replacement is supplied, the replacement product remains eligible for component-level service for the balance of the original Protection Plan term, subject to the applicable terms and exclusions.
A Protection Plan does not restart or create a new multi-year coverage period when a replacement component or replacement unit is supplied unless expressly stated otherwise.
Residential vs. Commercial Use
The Protection Plan prices shown on this product page are intended for normal residential use.
Hotels, retail stores, commercial dressing rooms, hospitality projects, institutional installations, showrooms and other high-frequency applications may place substantially greater operating demands on the motors and require a separately quoted commercial or project service arrangement.
Please contact us before ordering protection for a commercial or multi-unit installation.
Shipping Damage vs. Protection Plan Claims
Damage occurring in transit is handled separately from long-term mechanical and electrical Protection Plan claims.
If the product arrives visibly damaged, please report the issue promptly and retain:
- the shipping carton;
- shipping label;
- internal protective packaging;
- photographs of the damaged area; and
- photographs of the complete product.
This allows us to determine whether the matter should be handled as carrier damage, arrival damage or a product-related claim.
Protection Plan Examples
Remote stops working:
After verification and troubleshooting, a qualifying remote-control failure would normally be resolved by replacing the remote rather than replacing the complete wardrobe lift.
Sensing function stops responding:
If other controls continue to operate, the relevant sensor/control component or applicable assembly may be replaced.
Voice system fails:
Where the built-in voice function is verified as defective, the applicable voice/control module may be replaced.
One motor stops operating:
We may diagnose the motor and control system and replace the affected motor or synchronized motor assembly where technically required.
Major dual-motor failure:
If component replacement cannot reasonably restore safe operation, the claim may be escalated to major-assembly or complete-unit replacement.
Cabinet wall or mounting surface fails:
Where the XI-A itself remains functional and the problem results from insufficient cabinetry or mounting structure, the issue is not considered a covered product defect.
Wrong size ordered:
Ordering a 600–900 mm unit for a cabinet outside that range is a compatibility issue rather than a warranty failure.
Part discontinued:
Where an identical service component is no longer produced, a compatible component or functionally comparable successor solution may be provided.
