• Machine wash on a delicate or gentle cycle in cold water — use a mesh laundry bag to protect the tulle weave
• Wash separately or with similar lightweight fabrics — avoid washing with heavy items that can snag or distort the fabric
• Do not tumble dry — hang immediately while slightly damp and allow to air dry; the weight of the fabric will naturally release creases
• Do not iron directly — if smoothing is needed, use a steamer held 10–15 cm from the surface on a low setting
• Avoid bleach and fabric softener — both can break down the tulle fibres and affect the drape over time
• Spot clean minor marks promptly with a damp cloth and mild detergent — test on a hidden area first
• Store loosely folded or hanging — avoid compressing under heavy items to preserve the fabric’s natural volume
