Fitting Instructions
Heat a cup of water to approximately 60–70°C (140–160°F) — warm but not boiling.
Submerge the denture arch for 30–60 seconds until the silicone softens and becomes pliable.
Remove carefully, shake off excess water, and allow to cool for 5–10 seconds until comfortable to handle.
Press gently onto your gum line and hold firmly for 30–60 seconds while the silicone sets to your contour.
Remove, rinse under cool water to finish setting, then test the fit.
If adjustment is needed, repeat from step 1 — the silicone can be re-moulded multiple times.
Repeat for both upper and lower arches. Allow each arch to fully cool and set before testing fit under normal mouth movement.
Care & Maintenance
After each use: Rinse under cool water. Use the included toothbrush and toothpaste for light cleaning.
Deep clean: Soak in mild denture cleaning solution periodically. Avoid bleach, abrasives, or boiling water.
Storage: Store dry in a clean covered container away from heat and direct sunlight.
Lifespan: Replace when the silicone shows visible wear or the moulded fit is no longer secure.

Can I re-mould if the first fit isn’t right? Yes — the silicone can be re-softened in warm water and reshaped. There’s no limit to the number of re-moulding attempts, so you can refine the fit until it’s comfortable.
