How to Use
Heat a cup of water to approximately 70–80°C / 160–175°F (hot but not boiling).
Submerge the veneer in the hot water for 30–60 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.
Remove carefully and allow to cool slightly until it is comfortable to place in your mouth.
Place over your upper or lower teeth and bite down gently to create a custom impression.
Hold in place for 30–60 seconds, then remove and allow to cool and set fully.
Trim any excess material with scissors if needed for a cleaner edge.
Repeat the process for the opposing arch.
If the fit is not satisfactory, the process can typically be repeated by reheating the veneer.

Care & Maintenance
Cleaning: Rinse with cool water after each use. Clean with the included toothbrush and toothpaste or a mild soap. Do not use boiling water, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners.
Storage: Store in a clean, dry container away from direct heat sources. Exposure to heat may cause the veneer to soften and lose its shape.
Avoid: Eating or drinking hot liquids while wearing the veneers. Do not use in temperatures that could cause the silicone to soften during wear.
