Care & Maintenance

• Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water; the polyester tulle is durable and recovers well from washing without losing its lace structure
• Do not bleach — bleach will damage the black lace thread and weaken the tulle ground
• Hang to dry — rehang on the curtain rod or track while slightly damp; gravity removes most creasing without ironing
• Iron on low heat if needed; iron on the reverse side with a pressing cloth over the lace to protect the 3D embroidery detail
• Dust regularly — a light shake or low-suction vacuum attachment keeps the tulle ground clear without disturbing the lace pattern

• Gothic-romantic bedroom — hang floor-to-ceiling with a dark wall behind; the black lace reads as tonal and the light-shadow effect is most dramatic in this configuration
• Quiet luxury contrast — hang against a white or off-white wall; the black lace becomes the sole decorative element and the shadow pattern it casts changes throughout the day
• Layering — hang behind a heavier velvet or linen drape in charcoal, ivory, or deep green; draw the outer drape back during the day to reveal the lace sheer and the shadow it casts
