Lead time: 3 - 7 business days
- Our standard processing time is 3-7 days, and we immediately start working on your order once it's placed.
- Special orders and personalized items may take up to 14 business days to be crafted.
- We provide worldwide shipping and cover customs and import taxes for most countries, but additional fees may apply.
- For faster shipping, we offer express shipping options at an extra cost upon request, with delivery typically within 3-7 business days. Please contact us beforehand if you need the order ASAP.
- Orders placed during weekends will be acknowledged on Monday, and the day of receipt is counted as day zero.
- Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Coronavirus updates: We continue delivering your orders during peak times and the Covid-19 crisis, our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. We have international warehouses based in Asia, America, Europe and the Middle East, your order will dispatch from the most neighbouring warehouse when possible and you may receive various packages for the same order. If your order contained any goods that belong to one of our special order catalogues, the stated delivery times might be longer.
DDU: We ship to over 150+ countries around the world on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), this means you will be liable for any import duties which may be charged on your order at delivery, the invoices will display prices exclusive of duties unless otherwise noted.
Special orders: Most of our products are belong to the special order group (backorder, made to orders, customize, personalize, and pre-order items). For a special order, please note that all special orders such as made to order, customized, personalized, and pre-ordered items are final sales.
Lead time: Please keep in mind that special orders usually take a little bit longer time to process and ship, the process starts as soon as your order is placed and may have a processing time of 7-14 business days before it ships. (Orders placed over the weekend will be considered received on Monday, and the day that we receive your order is considered day zero). This process may take longer during peak time, natural disaster, or pandemic.
Shipping: We ship this product globally, our warehouses are based in Asia, America, Europe, and the Middle East. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible, and you may receive different packages for the same order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
