Our standard processing time for order fulfillment is typically between 3-7 business days, starting from the date of order placement.
Depending on the specific product and supplier, special orders, wholesale, and personalized items may require a longer processing time of 2-4 weeks to prepare and craft.
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping, and in most cases, we cover the customs and import taxes for our customers. However, please note that any additional fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
To accommodate customers who require expedited shipping, we offer express shipping options upon request for an extra fee. With this option, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
If you need your order to arrive sooner than the standard processing time allows, we recommend contacting us within 60 minutes of placing your order to request an upgrade to express shipping. Please note that an additional cost will apply.
As we aim to provide prompt service to our customers, we begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. Therefore, if you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 60 minutes of order placement. We cannot guarantee that requests received after this timeframe can be accommodated, and additional fees may apply.
Please be aware that processing times may be extended during peak periods, natural disasters, or pandemics. Additionally, orders placed on weekends will be acknowledged on the following business day, with processing beginning the next business day.
We take pride in our commitment to delivering orders in a timely manner. If your shipment is not delivered within the estimated timeframe after tracking has been confirmed, we offer late delivery compensation of $5 for standard shipping and $10 for express shipping. You can expect to receive this compensation within 48 hours of notification.
