We pay duties on major item deliveries from abroad to anywhere within the borders of the USA and Canada. DDU: We ship to more than 150 countries worldwide on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means you are responsible for paying any import charges that may be assessed when your item is delivered. Unless otherwise stated, invoices will show pricing that are exclusive of duties.
Special orders: The majority of our products fall within the special order category (trade orders, wholesale and bulk orders, backorder, made to orders, customize, personalize, and pre-order items). Please be aware that all special orders, including those for made-to-order, personalised, customised, and pre-ordered items, are final sales.
Lead time:Please be aware that special orders typically require a little more processing time before they can be shipped; the process begins as soon as your purchase is placed and could take 7 to 14 business days to complete before shipping. (Orders placed over the weekend before 1 p.m PST on Thursday will be deemed received on Monday, and the day that we receive your order is designated day zero). During periods of high traffic, natural disasters, or pandemics, this process could take longer.

When necessary, your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse, and you may receive multiple packages for the same order.
