Duty-free: Duty-free on all local orders delivered to all EU addresses from European fulfillment centers and to all other local shipping destinations from other local warehouses (please check the product description to see where it shipped from). Please take into account all of these factors before placing any orders to prevent inconvenience when the delivery arrives. We pay duties on major item deliveries from abroad to anywhere within the borders of the USA and Canada. However, on occasion, customers may be required to pay for additional fees and it's their responsibility.

DDU: We ship to more than 150 countries worldwide on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means you are responsible for paying any import charges that may be assessed when your item is delivered. Unless otherwise stated, invoices will show pricing that are exclusive of duties.
Special orders: The majority of our products fall within the special order category (trade orders, wholesale and bulk orders, backorder, made to orders, customize, personalize, and pre-order items). Please be aware that all special orders, including those for made-to-order, personalised, customised, and pre-ordered items, are final sales.
Lead time:Please be aware that special orders typically require a little more processing time before they can be shipped; the process begins as soon as your purchase is placed and could take 7 to 14 business days to complete before shipping. (Orders placed over the weekend before 1 p.m PST on Thursday will be deemed received on Monday, and the day that we receive your order is designated day zero). During periods of high traffic, natural disasters, or pandemics, this process could take longer.
Shipping:We ship almost everywhere, with warehouses in Asia, America, Europe, and the Middle East. Our team ensures that your order is processed as soon as possible. When necessary, your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse, and you may receive multiple packages for the same order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for customs delays.
Express Shipping: We provide expedited shipping options for prompt delivery, with a typical timeframe of 3-7 business days, for an additional cost upon request. If you require the order urgently, kindly reach out to us in advance.

You can personalize your item by entering up to four letters, initials, or numerals in the message field during checkout. Please note that for smaller orders, there is usually a $55 customization setup fee for the same request, or an additional $2 charge for each tag with unique requests. However, orders consisting of 100 or more items are exempt from this fee. It's essential to keep in mind that after an order has been placed for 60 minutes or the item has been shipped, personalization requests cannot be accommodated.
