Submit your photos, graphics, text and other details you need to bring your custom creations to life. Choose from our Maison d'Elite collection. There are no minimum quantities and no setup fees. We ask that you allow an additional 5 - 7 days for personalization of any Maison d'Elite products, however, every order is dealt with promptly and we can usually complete within 3 days.
For our luxury silk decorative cushions, please ensure that you allow another additional 5 working days for an item to be made.
Using our best expertise, we will style the personalized in the most appropriate design and format for the item. Any specific requirements should be discussed with our Customer Service Team prior to placing an order. Please ensure your files end in .jpg, .gif or .png with a high resolution (min. 3000px - max.12000px).
Please ensure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation and the use of capital and lower case letters when adding personalization to your order as we will personalize exactly what is entered online and we cannot accept returns of products that have been personalized.
Please note, that due to the nature textured surface of our fabrics, small breaks may appear in the printing.
