- We will deliver your order by the time promised, using the most effective delivery services available. Adverse conditions can sometimes affect holiday shipments, we may need to ship your order early to guarantee on-time delivery.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
- Same day delivery is available, for gifts in stock, to all business and residential locations within 35 miles of our Fullerton, CA headquarters.
- Orders must be placed before 1 pm, PST, Monday - Friday, for delivery between 8 am and 5 pm.
- You must be 21 or older to order gifts containing wine and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
- Same day delivery is only $30 per gift in addition to the standard shipping charge, if any.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We delivers to all 50 United States. We cannot ship to APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska, but please add $20 to the listed shipping price.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA
We now ship selected baskets to Canada using FedEx delivery service from our Canadian warehouse in Kelowna, BC. You will find a good selection of gourmet food and Canadian wine gift baskets by clicking on the Canadian flag link at the bottom of every page.

DELIVERY SERVICE DELAYS
If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
EASY RETURNS
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Wine Country Gift Baskets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
