Trade program

Lead time: 3 - 7 business days
- We ship globally within 3-7 business days, covering most customs and import taxes. Rare cases or wholesale orders may require extra fees upon delivery, for which customers are responsible.
- Upgrade to express delivery for an additional charge and receive your package within a week. Contact us before ordering for a quote and invoice, or upgrade within 60 minutes of placing your order.
- Need to modify or cancel an order? Do so within 60 minutes of order placement. Processing times may vary during peak periods, natural disasters, or pandemics. Special, wholesale, or personalized orders may require 2-4 weeks processing time.
- Late delivery? Receive a $5 credit for standard shipping or $10 for express, plus a possible surprise gift. We'll confirm your compensation within 48 hours of notification. Check our policies or contact us for more information. We appreciate your business and strive for the best customer experience.

Express delivery: FedEx and DHL Express delivery are available upon request, but you may also get a surprise upgrade when ordering more than 2 items!
Disclaimers: There are no special effects or foil prints, the shimmer and glitter effects on the screen will not print on fabrics with the same effect. The digital images we display have the most accurate colour possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in colour between the actual product and your screen.
Good to know: Some of our pillow covers have two different background colours or designs in one for clever space-saving, and great for an apartment.
Customization: Available and FREE when you order more than 2 items! (Usually, it would cost a $55 setup fee with the minimum order quantities of 20 and the maximum number of imprint colours is only 01). Customize background colours are available at no extra cost for any order of two pillow covers, simply drop a line and tell us your favourite colour hex at checkout. You can also send us your desire words, artworks, pictures, and detailed messages here, no more than 3 artworks per product included background. How? Please place the order first, check your email for the order confirmation and have your order number ready before submitting it. We will review and get back to you to confirm all the necessary information before the production. For orders of 10+ items, you can get previews of how your pillow covers would look like or needed any modifications. The production progress will begin immediately after we confirmed the final design with you. For wholesale orders or 250 items, please contact us to get a wholesale account for a discount.
