Lead time: 3 - 7 business days
- We ship globally within 3-7 business days, covering most customs and import taxes. Rare cases or wholesale orders may require extra fees upon delivery, for which customers are responsible.
- Upgrade to express delivery for an additional charge and receive your package within a week. Contact us before ordering for a quote and invoice, or upgrade within 60 minutes of placing your order.
- Need to modify or cancel an order? Do so within 60 minutes of order placement. Processing times may vary during peak periods, natural disasters, or pandemics. Special, wholesale, or personalized orders may require 2-4 weeks processing time.
- Late delivery? Receive a $5 credit for standard shipping or $10 for express, plus a possible surprise gift. We'll confirm your compensation within 48 hours of notification. Care instructions:
- Wash before first use (please use delicate or gentle cycle)
- Easy to use (wash hands after removal of the mask)
- Reusable (wash with proper sanitization after each use)
- Machine washable on delicate or gentle cycle in cold (max 30C or 90F)
- Do not bleach; Dry flat; Iron, steam, or dry: low heat; Do not dry-clean.
Origin: Our cloth masks are proudly made one at a time in Germany with care to meet stringent colour-match specifications.
